Free swimming is another exciting experience again. If the dolphins are in a playful mood, they will gather around swimmers in the open ocean. When swimmers duck dive and play in the water while humming or talking dolphins are often intrigued and will come in for a close look. Common dolphins are often quite wary of free swimmers but bottlenose have little fear at all. Imagine being in clear water and having dolphins swimming in pods of up to fifty all about. That is an amazing experience. Most people feel exhilarated after swimming with dolphins either from the swim bar or free swimming. An encounter with dolphins in their own environment especially when it is initiated by them is very special indeed.
